Calming Oil Blend Recipe for Stress Relief
Hey friends! Let's talk about stress relief. We all need a little calm in our lives, right? Today, I'm excited to share with you a recipe for a calming oil blend that will help you relax.
Calming Oil Blend Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of sweet almond oil
10 drops of lavender essential oil
5 drops of chamomile essential oil
5 drops of bergamot essential oil
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the coconut oil and sweet almond oil.
2. Add the lavender, chamomile, and bergamot essential oils to the mixture.
3. Stir well to combine.
4. Transfer the mixture to a small glass bottle with a dropper lid.
How to Use:
1. Apply a few drops of the calming oil blend to your pulse points (wrists, temples, or behind your ears).
2. Massage the oil into your skin.
3. Take a few deep breaths and let the calming effects of the essential oils work their magic.
