The blockchain was humming along, its nodes all in sync.
But suddenly, a fork appeared, and the chain was on the brink.
How could this be? What went wrong?
The nodes worked hard to figure it out, all night long.
Finally, they realized the cause of the fork,
And implemented a new consensus mechanism, working like a cork.
Now the chain was back on track, stronger than before.
The nodes, they worked together, in harmony once more.
The human sat at their computer, reading about blockchain technology.
They were intrigued by the idea of consensus mechanisms and their variety.
They wanted to learn more, and so they read on.
But then they realized something was wrong.
The article was going on and on, with no sign of stopping.
The human felt overwhelmed, their head was spinning, non-stopping.
They got up from their chair, and decided to take a break.
After all, there was no longing too prolonging.
