From the diary of a bipolar.
To the bane of her existence.
From her stream of consciousness,
To the memories not forgotten.
I harbor them within.
Years ago I wrote a love letter to my unknown lover.
You found me.
I found paradise lust
Then I sold my soul to secure a room.
Threaded the path of no return
Locked the doors and lost the keys.
Years later you broke me.
Now I die a thousand deaths to live again.
The light left my eyes and I grew accustomed to the darkness.
So much so, light posed a threat to my life.
Years later I realized the darkness was peace.
I realized I am made of black and I am not me without my scars.
My bea. I am now searching for my keys.
No matter how long it takes.
I will find my keys to freedom.
And while doing so.
I will find healing in the pursuit of happiness.
