Ever since the Covid-19 pandemic, the emphasis on remote work has risen continuously. Obviously, that the world of work cannot return to its pre-pandemic state creates opportunities for job roles that can survive outside the four walls of the office building. Recognising this trend spurred my interest in the sphere of virtual assistance.
Asides being a job role that thrives in a remote setting, its surrounding duties appeal to my personality and professional experience. Personally, I love tech and am versatile in a broad range of computer applications and software tools, having over 3 years of experience in handling diverse requests and solving customer problems through these tools. This makes me a best fit for a virtual assistant job.
Moreso, I esteem invaluable the independence such a job affords me, considering other important commitments. My areas of interest are administrative assistance, research and data entry as these align with my experiences. Hence, I am signing up for the Virtual Assistance course from Nircle. Leveraging the trainings on communication, time management and customer relations is an avenue to develop my skills set and proficiency to serve clients’ needs as a true Virtual Assistant.
Based on personal research, I realize a somewhat unpleasant occurrence in the industry as virtual Assistants struggle with establishing relationships of trust with clients and striking a balance between work and personal life. Hence, in addition to developing my own skills, I envisage to address these industry-wide challenges by developing of a community for upcoming Virtual Assistants to learn the ropes around managing the hurdles of work-life balance, building client trust, and brand confidence.
This training is a pivotal step in the ladder of my career progression and I acknowledge Nircle with immense gratitude. I am confident in my passion and inner drive to bear me through this course in order to actualise my potentials for a career in Virtual Assistance and by extension a better thriving industry.
