While I purchased this enjoyable product at Flourish Supermarket, British-America Road, Jos North, Plateau State, I stumbled upon its nutritional value and here's what it got: Bama Mayonnaise contains 652 kilo-calories per 100 grams, as well as 71 grams of fat, 2 grams of carbohydrates, 0.8 grams of protein and 46.1mg of Cholesterol per 100g respectively. It is also a good source of vitamins A and E.

It is important to note that it is also high in calories and fat, so it should be enjoyed in moderation even as the Christmas season draws close and nearly every home, occasion will be littered with this product.
