Recipe
- little amount of kidney beans
- 4 tin milk tea cup of rice
- vegetable oil
- 2clob of garlic (compulsory)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- A sachet of spicity jollof
- half a tea spoon of chicken glory seasoning
- knorr Maggie chicken 1 cube
- A sachet of jino jollof tomato past and fresh ground tomoto and paper (fried)
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- half teaspoon of thyme
- half teaspoon of curry powder
- meat stock
- diced carrot ( to be added last )
- half a spoon of salt
