Again: Gov. Buni to launch multi-billion agricultural empowerment to boost agriculture and fight unemployment

The Executive Governor of Yobe State, H.E. Hon. (Dr.) Mai Mala Buni FCIA CON COMN, will launch the distribution of the New Agricultural Empowerment Plan for the year 2025.
This follows the governor’s commitment to provide food security, combat unemployment, enhance food security, and facilitate income generation for the good people of Yobe State, especially farmers and traders.
The governor will launch the distribution of the multi-billion agricultural products today, July 29, 2025, at the 27th August Stadium in Damaturu, the state capital.
The governorlast year vowed to fight hunger and modernize agriculture by launching over N14 billion in agricultural empowerment to boost food production.
The governor continues to demonstrate his commitment to improving the lives of the people and modernizing the sectors to improve the lives of the people.
