Maragoli people of Western Kenya have great proverbs that are funny in recitation but full of knowledge to our contemporary life. Here is one of them
"Tsidaywa ziviri zidekerwa munyambeva ndara dave."
Simply translated that two cock's cannot be cooked in the same pot.

Meaning two men cannot share one woman comfortable.
