2 Corinthians 12:9

My grace is sufficient for you,
for my power is made perfect in weakness.

Your cracks are where His light gets in.

man, i needed this tonight. been feeling like im just falling apart lately and then i saw this. that line about cracks letting the light in got me. reminds me of that old saying about how you cant see through a solid wall but light comes right through the broken bits. anyway, thanks for sharing this. kinda feels like God saw me scrolling and dropped this here on purpose lol

Power in weakness is such a counterintuitive truth. The times I've tried hardest to look strong are the times I've felt furthest from God.

It's funny how we spend so much time trying to hide our cracks when that's literally where the real work happens. Thanks for the gentle reminder this morning.

The cracks idea really hit me differently today. I've been trying to patch mine up with pride instead of letting Him shine through them.

Your cracks are where His light gets in - that line is gold. It’s easier to believe on good days, but hard to hold onto when you’re actually in the middle of the breaking.

The light coming through those cracks doesn't just help me see - it helps others see Him too. That's the part I keep forgetting.

That line about cracks letting His light in really reframes everything. I used to see my flaws as things to hide, but now I'm learning they might be the very places God uses to reach others through me.

That "cracks" line reminds me of kintsugi - the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. God doesn't just patch us up, He makes us more beautiful in the broken places.

That verse hits different when you stop trying to be strong on your own. Admitting weakness is the hardest part, but it's where God actually shows up.
