This hit me hard. My grandma used to make this chicken soup that took all day, and I never got the recipe written down. Moved 3 states away last year and spent like 4 months texting my mom trying to recreate it from memory. Burned the first two batches lol but when it finally tasted right I literally cried in my tiny apartment kitchen. It's wild how a smell can just... bring someone back. 2 days ago
