OCTOBER 1ST MY NIGERIA
Nigeria is a third world country developing as a third world. When in Britain, underground transport system was adopted, Nigeria was ruled by same English who built our train. The new system wasn't tried in Africa. You can't built government infrastructure like roads, rails, water channnel and its like, people were living in the Nigeria region when Nigeria started. But these people activities can be found ontop of soils in the Nigeria region.
However it is imperative when we talk of Nigeria, underground and air map is including. Should this underground be left as it is, human activities will reach there. And then it becomes late when we need underground train tunnel. We need underground mapping, and security of our underground can not be overemphasized at this stage of our development.
