We recently got a question from our parenting event and wanted to address it here:
Parenting-help needed!
I'm a bit concerned about my one-year-old child's development, particularly in the area of walking. It seems like all the other babies in our playgroup are already taking their first steps, but my little one doesn't seem interested in walking at all. Should I be worried?
I've heard so many different opinions from family and friends, and I'm not sure what to believe. Some say that every child develops at their own pace, while others suggest that there might be an issue.
What milestones should my one-year-old have reached by now, especially concerning walking? Are there any activities or exercises I can do to encourage walking?
I'd really appreciate your advice and any personal experiences you can share. Thank you!
