THE MISSTEPS

First, comes the thought,
By standing and then action.

On your marks, with gaze fixed
Lofty heights to attain.
Getting set to embrace a ton of possibilities at each step,
Ready to go with the vision,
The reality is defined.

Just a little sleep,
The vision slipped.
Possibilities turned to torn pages.
Eyes, swayed to different motions,
And then back to meet a blurry vision.

Then came nightfall,
When no man is able to work
