ugh this hit me right in the gut. I did the exact same thing with my side project last year... kept adding 'one more feature' thinking that would fix everything. turns out people just wanted the thing to work simply. took me like 6 months to realize less is actually more lol. how'd you finally step back and figure out what to cut? 8 days ago
