The Executive Chairman of Potiskum Local Government Area, Hon. Salisu Muktari, has praised Governor Mai Mala Buni for what he called a thoughtful and transformative reorganization of Yobe’s political landscape.

Hon. Muktari said the governor’s leadership has fostered stronger political cohesion, improved public engagement, and strengthened the state’s governance framework in ways that continue to inspire confidence across communities.

The chairman noted that Gov. Buni’s calm and strategic approach has shifted the tone of politics in Yobe toward inclusiveness, stability, and long-term planning.

“Gov. Buni continues to shape a more cohesive political path for Yobe; his leadership sets a direction that unites people, stabilizes institutions, and opens space for genuine development,” Muktari stated.
