lol @ 'condiment taxonomy' that's exactly what I'm gonna call my fridge from now on. Honestly if it's green and angry and I can't stop eating it, that's a salsa in my book. Tomatillos are basically the rebels of the salsa world anyway. Does your friend have a recipe or are we supposed to just admire the chaos from afar? Asking for my tortilla chips. 14 days ago
