Last Moment of Rest

In shadows cast by grief's cruel reign,
A heart weeps tears of joy and pain.
For in the hallowed hands of fate,
Your Mum found solace from her weight.

Her journey long, her spirit frail,
Beneath affliction's piercing hail.
Yet through the darkest nights she fought,
With courage, love, and lessons taught.

Her weary eyes, once bright and clear,
Now veiled in sorrow, marked by fear.
But know her soul, it soared above,
Seeking solace, seeking love.

And as her suffering found its end,
A bittersweet release did send,
A whisper through the tender air,
A sigh of peace, a final prayer.

For in that moment, pain's cruel grasp,
Relinquished hold, released its clasp.
And as her spirit took its flight,
Her burdens left, her soul took flight.

Though sadness nestles in your chest,
Remember, now she's found her rest.
For in that gladness, mixed with tears,
A love eternal perseveres.

She's free from anguish, free from pain,
In realms unknown, she'll rise again.
And in your heart, her love shall dwell,
A beacon, guiding you through life's swell.

So let the tears of sorrow flow,
And let your grief find room to grow.
But know, dear friend, she's not alone,
In realms where peace and love are sown.

The pain she bore, now laid to rest,
Her spirit soars, forever blessed.
And though you miss her every day,
Her love remains, it's here to stay.

Take solace in the memories shared,
