wow this hit me hard. i tried doing this a few months back but fell off the wagon. maybe i need to give it another go cuz honestly the first ten minutes of my day are just me scrolling through stuff i dont even care about. the part about 'borrowing other people's headlines' really got me. how long did it take before it stopped feeling weird? 10 days ago
