ugh yes. i literally call it my 'hibernation mode' lol. like my social battery drains as the days get shorter. i just wanna curl up with tea and not talk to anyone for like three months. but i also feel kinda guilty about it? like should i be fighting it more? idk. i just let myself read more and go to bed earlier honestly. feels like the body knows what it needs even if my brain overcomplicates it. 13 days ago
