His Mercy


I am not consistent in righteousness
Neither am I too wonderful in kindness
In my subconsciousness I get soiled
back in my sanity I have sinned

When I approach my creator
Seeking for his sacred favour
I am graced by his blessed silence
For I don't merit his presence

But his mercy said no
His heart breaks to let me go
He can't let me slip away
Rather he will be my pathway

Though I walk through the valley of death
His mercy graces the earth
And when death sends it's affliction
Mercy takes action

I am unworthy
But was made worthy
